Standard and technical specifications

Comply with “JIS X8341-3: Guidelines for older persons and persons with disabilities -Information and communications equipment, software and services- Part 3: Web contents”.
Describe pages with HTML, CSS, and other technical systems for web creation,
according to the grammar recommended by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

Check items

Include an appropriate document type declaration with DOCTYPE.
Make proper structures and groups for handling information.
Use page titles that allow users to identify contents of each page.
Provide a consistent and basic navigation in the total site.
Attach an “alt” attribute to images so that users can understand detail of them correctly.
Use proper colors to enhance contrast between background and characters.
Specify the language used with “lang” attribute.

Although some pages, which had been created before this policy was established,
do not satisfy all requirements here, they will be improved so that more people can understand vast information easily.
